13. A broken heart

Ishika's POV

Ishika lay in Avyaan's arms, her spinning with emotions and confusion. The weight of the moment hung heavy in the air as their past entanglements and unspoken truths simmered beneath the surface.

This darkness is going to consume me & it's better if it does coz even now I'm here in the arm of my sinner trying to find solace which i know I will never going to get but it still does.

The strongest human emotions is love i have heard so many times & now I'm experiencing it laying in the arm of Avyaan which I was thinking as heaven turn out to be a living hell in which I'm burning from last five years.

Author POV

Avyaan held her gently, his eyes reflecting a myriad of emotions - regret, longing, and a hint of something unspoken.

Ishika POV

As Ishika slowly regained her composure, she felt a strange sense of peace enveloping her. Avyaan's touch, once familiar and comforting, now felt like a bittersweet reminder of the love they once shared. Unspoken words hung between them, a silent plea for understanding and closure.

The gathered relatives watched in stunned silence, their gazes shifting between Ishika and Avyaan, trying to decipher the unspoken language of their intertwined past. Ishika's family, in particular, looked on with a mix of concern and curiosity, unsure of how to navigate the unexpected turn of events.

Avyaan, his heart heavy with the weight of his actions, found himself at a loss for words. The facade he had carefully constructed over the years crumbled in the face of Ishika's vulnerability, leaving him exposed and raw. In that moment, he realized the depth of his feelings for her and the pain he had caused.

As Ishika slowly stirred, her eyes met Avyaan's, a silent understanding passing between them. The walls they had built around their hearts began to crumble, paving the way for a tentative reconciliation. But the road ahead was fraught with uncertainty and unspoken truths, leaving them both grappling with the complexities of their past.

The complexity of the situation was so shocking for the kapdia as well as the Suryavanshi. The haunting silence was broken by the concerning voice of Nisha.

Ishika get up come on hold my hand. Nisha's anxious voice is evident. I take a glance at Avyaan his eyes are blank giving nothing to read. I stand with the help of Nisha bhaabi.

I have not eaten anything since last night & all the crying & stress is taking a toll on my health. I try to move but my legs give up but before I can fall again bhai hold me in his arms. I buried my head on bhai chest & whisper, "Bhai take me home".
