Avyaan POV

Her breath hitched listening my confession. I gave her a wicked grin and move back, listen sweetheart and listen carefully no matter what you are going to be mine and I want your answer in one hour or else it's going to get dirty.

I unlocked the door to move out but listening to her crackling voice i halt my moving steps

"Avyaan you left me in the darkness and I'm trying to get out of that haunting darkness from last five years and i use to fool myself that I'm successful but you know what's the truth is which I'm trying to hide even from my soul ki aaj bhi mein wahi hu jaha pr na Khushi aati hai na chain bus tumhare dhoke ki aahate hai aur meri pyaari si zindagi ko khone ka gam and if you still want to marry me than remember I'm going to be that darkness in your life which not going to  let you leave your life for a second, Mr Suryavanshi in peace.

I didn't dare to turn around to look at her, if i did she will read my emotions in a blink of an eye.

How can I tell her that she is not the only who is living in the haunting dark from last five years even I'm lurking in that dark ruling it becoming the king to protect my precious from my very own blood.

I knock on Shaurya's cabin door and open it, both husband and wife become startled

"You don't have basic manner Avyaan to knock before entering in someone's office", he said.

I'm here to inform you that she is ready for marriage.

Really! what did you say that she agreed? He is looking at me spaciously.

It's between us, you just convince your family. Whole time Barkha Shaurya's wife is watching us being clueless.

I'm going to go see you at Kapadia villa with that i turn to leave with long strides.

When I enter the parking area my phone start to ring. I remove mobile from my suit pocket & Akanksha's number is flashing. I answer it and I'm greeted by a slow whimper.

I become tense and ask her softly,"what happen akshu why are you crying? I question.

I had a nightmare and I'm missing you her reply instantly make me sigh in relief and i question,"do you want to come here?

She replies happily, I would love to, but how that's possible you are in india and I'm here she mumble.

"That's not a problem sweetheart coz you are coming to India", and she start to grumble one question than another.

How will I come from plane or helicopter? what should I wear? is everyone going to like me, her questioning session come to an end when I told her to not take any stress just come to India than we will talk.

She said ok, i told her to pass the phone to marry aunty.

She handed the mobile to Mary aunty & i give her all the instructions.

When I enter inside the house mom is sitting on the sofa engrossed in a magzine i sit beside her when she felt someone's presence she look up and said,"Avy you come early today beta,is everything alright?my head on her lap she lovingly cares my hair.

After a pregnant pause i told maa why everything is turning against me from the time I came to India and I'm not able to find peace mom.

She move her hand forward and backward in my hair to ease some stress & it gave me little relief.

"Avyaan, trust God everything will fall in place" she said

Mom you know i don't trust in God mom i told her.

But i trust my son he can overcome every obstacles and now even Ishika is with you. She will be there for you  and she will always love you I'm so happy beta for you and Ishika, but what about Akanksha?

Her question click me and I get up and sit straight and spoke,"mom I'm getting married in three days.

Her reaction is predictable,"what! How I'm going to arrange all the things and what about guest, decoration, catering, your dress and Ishika dress and where we will held the wedding mere ladle bete ki shaadi hai. She is talking in so energy and happiness.

Let me call everyone she try to walk past me but I hold her with her shoulder and said,"mom relax everything will be arrange you forget that you are a mother of Avyaan Dev Suryawanshi you just need to order around and the work will be done and for now tell everyone that we are going to kapadia house at 5 pm and marriage will take place in our ancestors haveli in udaipur.

But why udaipur beta in such a short notice? She ask.

Because she once told me that we will got married in your haveli like a king and queen i whisper to myself.

I enter in the bedroom and lock the door. Discarding the coat on the bed I lie down and start to think about our care free past when we use to discuss happily and hopefully for our future.

Flashback start

We are sitting at the backside of Suryawanshi mansion in the shades of the tree where hardly anyone can see us. She is here with her mother for a lunch.

Adorn in a white maxi dress with a small cherries printed on it all over the dress looking like a angel.

She is resting her back on my chest sitting in between my thighs.

She feel like peace, a home which I'm unable to find from my teenage years coz of my father's brutal behaviour.

But now with her it feel like I have the whole world in my mind.

Avy, do you know i heard bhai was talking to Barkha about marriage she said.

Acchaa, what that duffer was talking?

I question.

She move her head and look at me in a fake anger and said don't talk about my brother like that or else I'm going to kill you.

I kiss her forehead to calm her down and said, ok princess now tell me what he was saying?

Don't you know it's bad manners to eve drop? that's why I didn't hear the whole conversation she said cutely.

Ok baby as you say, then why did you brought this topic up?

She became shy and hide her face in my chest and whisper," I was thinking of our marriage".

I became surprised and shock coz she is too young for thinking of something like marriage and this thoughts never cross my mind so I told her" did you forget that you are only twenty?

Haan baba i know I'm twenty but what's the harm in thinking about marriage and let me tell you every girl thing about marriage from young age.

So tell me about your dream wedding? I question her being curious, what cooking in her small and innocent mind.

She start to tell me excitingly, I'm going to wear a white dress with real diamonds and silver work on it.

And the mandap will be decorated with a lots of flowers in every corner

And at last there will be a fireworks display after the completion of our marriage.

I became too numb to react she is dreaming all this with me in her fantasies which i don't think I will be able to fullfill.

Her soft touch on my check brought me back from thinking and enjoying her in my arms now,"Avy did you listen any of the words I was saying?

"Yes Princess i did" my answer brought a beautiful smile on her face & i kiss in the corner of her lips.

But there is only one problem I told her hiding my smile and she inocently question,what?

I'm thinking about the poor man who is going to marry you because he will become bald with your demand of a diamond and silver wedding costume.

Her shock filled eyes and mouth open wide she is looking so funny after listening to me and i burst into a playful chuckle.

Flashback end

Those playful and lively moments still  stuck in my head and play on loops when I'm alone and when there is nothing  to do.

A loud sound of drums bring me back from my daize.

I sit up straight and stand up from the bed  and march out of the room to take a look for what is all this fuzz and noise is all about.

When I look down my family is dancing with energy and happiness which can be felt from there smile and shine in their eyes.

Dev Suryawanshi is also there wearing a facade of a loving husband dancing with my mom trying to show that how happy is he and
